Creativity is for everyone, whether it’s making a masterpiece or a mud pie. Come exercise your creative muscles with our group at Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Bring a project you’d like to work on and share space with others who enjoy the creative atmosphere. Or, just show up and we’ll have supplies and inspiration ready to get your creative juices flowing.
This month’s featured project:
Will include working with wool fibers to create sound shakers for spring. Yes, even though the Easter bunny will have already left town, we’ll use plastic eggs to create wet felted egg shakers. Be prepared for some sudsy fun! We’ll also discuss ways to identify different creative supplies, so bring your favorite organization labeling tips.
Charlotte Reed, art therapist, visually impaired artist, and founder of Art Equals will be on hand to offer support and get you set up with the supplies you need for a specially designed activity each month. All ages, and abilities are welcome. Contact info@art-equals.org to let us know how we can support you.
