Mini Calming Box (previous event)

Make your own personalized Mini Calming Box with lots of colors, textures, and even scents, to get you through those anxious moments. Whether it’s in the classroom, office, or out in public, this little pocket sized box will be ready to use, when you need to take a break and feel some calm. Work with art therapist, Charlotte Reed, to learn techniques for calming the nervous system when you’re feeling stressed or anxious. All supplies will be provided including fun mindfulness items to go inside. But feel free to bring personal items that you may want to place in your box that are helpful to you.
