The Creative Care Art Hive features a variety of creative activities, all centered around taking action to help heal, grow, and support both yourself and our community as a whole.

Featured Activity: Spreading the seeds of Peace

Maybe you’ve heard of seed bombs? Those little balls of wildflower seeds that when thrown over the fence of an abandoned lot can help to create a more beautiful space. We’ll be making see paper with our leftover paper scraps from the studio. Handmade paper is beautiful and when it’s laced with seeds it can make an amazing gift for a neighbor and remind us how connecting and growing things together can start sprouting peace in our community.

All types of creative projects are welcome at each of our Art Hives! Always feel free to bring something you’re working on, or use the materials in our studio to make something new. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to accommodate your creative journey.
